About Care-Lo

Care-Lo helps customers and home-care professionals find each other, but it does not replace clinical judgment or direct user responsibility.

What Care-Lo does

Care-Lo is a platform that helps connect customers looking for care at home with health care professionals who want to offer home-visit services.

Limited profile verification

For provider onboarding, Care-Lo may review uploaded identification and educational or training documents to check whether the submitted name, date of birth, and profile photo appear to match the documents provided.

What that verification does not mean

That review is limited. It is not a guarantee of identity, licensure, registration status, professional standing, clinical competence, treatment quality, availability, suitability, or outcome.

Important platform limitations

Care-Lo is not a hospital, clinic, emergency service, insurer, or employer of providers listed on the platform.

Care-Lo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, supervision, or clinical instructions.

Customers are responsible for deciding whether a provider is suitable for their needs, and providers are responsible for the services they choose to offer.

Any booking, visit, treatment decision, payment arrangement, scheduling issue, injury, loss, damage, or dispute arising from a customer-provider interaction remains between those parties, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

If you need urgent or emergency medical help, do not rely on Care-Lo. Contact your local emergency services or an appropriate licensed medical facility immediately.

Transparency matters

Care-Lo aims to make it easier for customers to discover home-care professionals and for professionals to present their services clearly. Users should still conduct their own judgment before entering into any care arrangement, especially where health, safety, credentials, or treatment decisions are involved.
