Our mission
Care-Lo was built to make Home healthcare easier to access. Whether you need a nurse for injections, wound care, medication support or care after surgery, a physiotherapist for rehabilitation at home, or a caregiver for someone you love who is elderly or recovering, Care-Lo helps you connect directly with healthcare professionals near you.
You arrange each visit directly with the healthcare professional, with no agency in between, and you can compare their profiles, experience, ratings and reviews before you choose.
At the same time, nurses, physiotherapists and caregivers can build their own online presence and connect directly with people looking for care at home.
A note from our founder
I started Care-Lo in Karachi with a simple mission: finding a nurse, physiotherapist, or caregiver for yourself or someone you love should be easy, accessible, and stress-free. Just open the platform and choose from the healthcare professionals available near you.
When you or someone you love needs care at home, you should not have to visit hospitals, search through personal contacts, or hope that someone is available after working hours. Care-Lo is being built to make that connection simpler and more direct.
Care-Lo is still at an early stage, and we are currently onboarding healthcare professionals. If you have an idea, suggestion, or experience that could help us improve, I would genuinely love to hear from you.

1. Find healthcare professionals near you
Enter your address to see the healthcare professionals who cover your area.
2. Choose the right professional
Compare healthcare professionals by verification status, experience, specialty, ratings and reviews.
3. Chat and send a service request
Message the healthcare professional, talk through what you need, and send a home-visit request.
If you're a nurse, physiotherapist or caregiver
1. Create your profile
Add your specialties, services, experience and professional details to create your free profile.
2. Set your service area
Choose your location and how far you can travel, so you receive home-visit requests from people nearby.
3. Receive requests and apply for verification
Once your profile and service area are saved, people searching in your area can find you and send you requests. You can also submit your ID and qualification documents to apply for the Care-Lo Verified badge.
Important information before you book
Care-Lo helps you find people. It can't replace your own judgment, or a doctor, so we want to be clear about where our role ends.
- Care-Lo is a Home healthcare platform that connects you with independent healthcare professionals. Care-Lo is not a hospital, clinic, emergency service or insurer, does not provide healthcare itself, and does not employ the healthcare professionals listed on the platform.
- Care-Lo does not give medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical supervision, prescriptions or medical instructions.
- Before you book, it is up to you to review a healthcare professional's profile, qualifications, experience, verification status, ratings and reviews, and to decide whether they are right for you or for the person you are arranging care for.
- Healthcare professionals are independently responsible for the services they offer, the information they give and the care they provide.
- Any booking, home visit, treatment decision, payment, scheduling issue, injury, loss, damage, complaint or dispute that comes from an arrangement between a customer and a healthcare professional is mainly between the two of them, except where the law says otherwise.
- If you have a dispute, a safety concern, or any other problem involving a customer or a healthcare professional on Care-Lo, please contact us. We may look into it and take action, such as restricting or removing that customer or healthcare professional from the platform.
- Do not use Care-Lo for medical emergencies. If you or someone else needs urgent medical help, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital straight away.
