Create and maintain user accounts.
Match customers with providers based on search, location, and service information.

Verification and profile review
Care-Lo may review uploaded identification and educational or training documents to see whether the submitted name, date of birth, and profile photo appear to match the materials provided.
This is a limited verification step only. It does not mean Care-Lo guarantees identity, license validity, registration status, competence, treatment quality, professional conduct, or service outcome.
Customers and providers remain responsible for their own decisions, interactions, services, payments, and disputes, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
How information may be shared
With other users when necessary to provide the service, such as showing provider profile details to customers or sharing booking and communication details with the relevant customer or provider.
With infrastructure and service providers that help operate storage, notifications, authentication, communications, or platform security.
When required by law, legal process, regulatory request, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, users, or the platform.
Retention, security, and user responsibility
Care-Lo uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures to protect platform information. No method of storage, transmission, or online system can be guaranteed fully secure. We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, support legitimate business records, and meet legal obligations.
Care-Lo functions as a connecting platform. Customers and health care professionals remain responsible for the choices they make, the information they share, the services they arrange, and any resulting outcomes or disputes, except where applicable law places responsibility directly on Care-Lo.
