I have over 10 years of experience in home nursing care, with additional experience in ICU, emergency care, and NICU. I have provided care to elderly, dependent, and medically vulnerable patients, supporting them with their daily activities, personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, medication support, and overall comfort. My care philosophy is based on treating every patient with dignity, respect, patience, compassion, and kindness. I believe in providing person-centred care, understanding each patient's individual needs and preferences, and maintaining their privacy, safety, and independence as much as possible. The type of care I provide includes personal care, elderly care, mobility assistance, feeding support, hygiene and toileting, changing clothes and diapers, repositioning, basic observation of patients, companionship, and support with daily living activities. My hospital experience in ICU, emergency, and NICU has also helped me develop strong observation, communication, and patient-care skills.
